Parking
There is no parking at The Bank development, the nearest available parking can be found at Q-Park in Brindleyplace, located 3 minutes’ walk from the apartments.
Bike storage
All bicycles must be kept, at owners’ risk, in the allocated bike store at the side of the development. The bike store is accessed using permitted door fobs. To have a door fob reprogrammed to allow bike store access, contact the concierge. Please note: the bike store must not be used to store other items such as prams.
Deliveries and access arrangements
All delivery and access arrangements are made at a resident’s own risk; however, residents are advised to inform the concierge of any arrangements and timings. Deliveries can be received by the concierge, with prior notice and can be stored for up to 7 days.
Parcels are received by the concierge and a notification is sent to the resident via the Apudos notification system. New residents would need to register their details in order to utilise this service. Parcels can be collected from the concierge anytime within 7 days of notification. Residents should ensure their contact details, if changed, are given to the concierge in order to update the Apudos system.
CCTV
Monitored CCTV surveillance is in place across the key parts of the development’s communal areas.
Smoking and alcohol policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the internal communal areas or anywhere within the perimeter of the development, including under the arch. The drinking of alcohol and use of substances is also not permitted in any of the communal areas. Please be respectful of neighbours and the communal grounds by not dropping cigarette butts from your windows, they should be disposed of correctly
Animals policy
No pets are permitted inside the building without the express permission of the building management team.
