Refuse bins are emptied every Tuesday and Friday by Birmingham City Council. Residents must ensure that all bin bags are placed inside the bins – no bin bags or other rubbish are to be left outside apartment doors, stairwells or on the bin store floor.
The reception area is cleaned on a daily basis with stairs and corridors cleaned every week.
External windows are cleaned every quarter, prior notification will be given in the form of a notice in the foyer. Be aware that on window cleaning days, the cleaning crew will abseil from the top of the building and may suddenly appear at resident windows. For the purposes of privacy, residents may wish to ensure curtains are closed during window cleaning.

Fire & electrical
The lighting, fire-alarm and prevention systems are maintained on a regular basis. The communal fire alarm is tested every week around 2pm every Friday afternoon.
Residents are responsible for the testing of all smoke detectors and sprinkler systems located within their apartment.
Access for residents is via a fob system.
Access for guest visitors can be obtained by calling the apartment number on the intercom system next to the communal entrance door.
To order any additional or replacement key fobs, please contact the concierge. Door fobs are available at the cost of £24 (inc VAT) which must be made by BACS payment.
If you wish to obtain an apartment door key, please phone Tuscan Architectural Hardware on 01827 711 200. The costs for creation and delivery of a key is £9.95 (+VAT) per key and £9.95 (+VAT) for the carriage of one or multiple keys.
The shrub/grassed areas are maintained on a regular basis.
